认证方案说明
Product certification within the INTERGAZCERT System is carried out in accordance with the certification schemes established in document OGN0.RU.0101, taking into account the requirements of document OGN0.RU.0122（修订版1）。
INTERGAZCERT体系的产品认证方案规定了启动认证流程的一般程序如下：
- 申请人提交自愿性认证申请及相关技术文件；
- 对申请进行审核并决定是否开展产品认证；
- 确定认证方案；
- 认证机构实施认证活动；
- 向申请人签发证书；
- 对产品加贴INTERGAZCERT体系符合性标志。
各认证方案的区别在于确定产品符合性要求所依据的文件类型：
- type “1” schemes – the certification criterion is confirmation of product conformity with the requirements of PJSC Gazprom (STO Gazprom, R Gazprom), GOST R, GOST, etc. of the “Technical Requirements” type;
- type “2” schemes – the certification criterion is confirmation of product conformity with the requirements of PJSC Gazprom (STO Gazprom, R Gazprom), GOST R, GOST, etc. of the “General Technical Specifications” type;
- type “3” schemes – the certification criterion is confirmation of product conformity with the special requirements of PJSC Gazprom for specific facilities.
认证方案选择的一般原则
自愿性认证方案的选择应综合考虑符合性评定结果不可靠的风险以及使用已通过INTERGAZCERT体系认证产品可能造成的损失。
选择自愿性认证方案时主要考虑以下因素：
- 产品的潜在危险程度；
- 认证指标对生产因素和/或使用因素变化的敏感性；
- 申请人身份（制造商或销售商）。
Schemes 1a–1d apply to serially manufactured products when certifying them for compliance with the requirements of normative documents of PJSC Gazprom (STO Gazprom, R Gazprom), GOST R, GOST, etc. of the “Technical Requirements” type, while scheme 1e applies to product batches or a single product unit.
Schemes 2a–2d apply to serially manufactured products when certifying them for compliance with the requirements of normative documents of PJSC Gazprom (STO Gazprom, R Gazprom), GOST R, GOST, etc. of the “General Technical Specifications” type, while scheme 2e applies to product batches or a single product unit.
Schemes 3a–3d apply to serially manufactured products when certifying them for compliance with special product requirements established in design documentation and normative documents of PJSC Gazprom, while scheme 3e applies to product batches or a single product unit.
